Blinds

Venetian Blinds

A venetian blind is a window blind consisting of numerous horizontal slats which can be pivoted to control the amount of light that passes through it. It can be set at different angles to vary the amount of light admitted. Venetian blinds are manufactured for light control and privacy cannot be ensured.

Aluminium venetians are available in 25mm, 35mm as well as 50mm slat sizes.
Basswood venetians are available in 35mm and 50mm and 63mm slats sizes.
Bamboo venetians are available in 50mm slat sizes.

Dreamwood venetians:

These venetians are made of polystyrene, a superior durable synthetic compound. These are suitable for areas that have high humidity and are only available in 50mm slat sizes.

Vertical Blinds

A vertical blind is a type of window covering and is made up of material panes which are clipped on the top of the sliding track and are joined together by chains at the bottom of the blind. The blind is operated by a chain that tilts the vanes to let light through and a cord to slide all the vanes to one side.

They are available in 90mm and 127mm vane sizes and a wide selection of material.

A roller blind is a single piece of fabric which wraps around a roll tube and fits into the top of your window frame, either within or outside of your window recess. The roller blind is operated by a chain mechanism attached to the roll tube.
